Healthy lifestyle – what creates change?
There is often far from thought to action when the bad habits must change.

Particularly, it is the young men and the resource who are least able to create and maintain a healthy lifestyle. At the same lack of knowledge about what works in efforts to attract women and young people to live healthier.

Food Ministry launched against this background, last year a scientific investigation of the interventions that have the greatest impact when it comes to changing behavior among young men and less resourceful. This inquiry is now ready.

Celebrities are good role models for health
This inquiry concludes among other things, that should concentrate on interventions that both are trying to influence the individual’s knowledge, values, attitudes and commitment, while focusing on the social contexts. Interventions that involve different approaches at different levels is effective to make healthier dietary and exercise habits on the menu.
This inquiry shows that such adolescents are particularly susceptible to promotions and information, where known role models appear as senders of the message. Also appeared workplace to be a good arena for health promotion campaigns targeting men.
