Have a Great Time – healthy food definitely

Danish families with children to be presented with concrete ideas for nutritious and easy meals so that they manage to integrate healthy eating into a busy weekday.

This is the basic idea behind the new book: “Have a great time – good food for sure” as studio host and former handball player Marianne Florman has developed in collaboration with Birgitte Escherich, who in eight years has worked as a health advisor with Diet Company.

“Too many of us would really like to be with the healthy cooking and healthy lifestyles, but we fall very quickly back to old habits. This book is a relief fund for those who love plain food without too many frills. It is also for those who do not have the energy to spend so much time on food and health, “write the authors in the introduction.

The authors wish to book are inter alia to provide the busy Danish families tips and recipes on how to eat healthy in everyday life without spending too much time and energy on cooking.

Therefore, in all the recipes take into account the Food Authority’s official dietary guidelines concerning the content of fat, carbohydrates, fruits and vegetables, so readers do not even need to think about health but just follow the recipe on the courts.
