Child Education Health

The nutrition education is an integral part of health education carried out jointly by families and school.

The meal is a special time of learning from an early age. The menus of balanced school meals should help students develop good eating habits.

In addition, nutrition education occurs in classrooms, from kindergarten and elementary school when children first learn their eating habits. Teachers play a key role to teach students the rules for good eating habits and make them aware of the effects of diet on health.

The curriculum plan to address the regularity of meals and up menus (cycles 1 and 2 of primary school) and actions beneficial or harmful behaviors, including food (Round 3 of primary school) .

Educational activities can also be arranged on time by teachers, health personnel or skilled outsiders.
Of taste

The ability to enjoy different flavors, to differentiate and talk about their feelings is learned and cultivated. The school plays an important role in awakening the taste. It also aims to enhance the culinary heritage and promote products of good taste and nutrition.

As part of the National Health and Nutrition (PNNS) in collaboration with the National Institute for Prevention and Health Education (INPES), tools for intervention in health education intended for teaching staff, were released to all schools and colleges:

* A poster promoting nutritional benchmarks for primary school children,
* A nutrition guide for teens “I eat, I move” aimed at students in fifth

These documents support the implementation of educational projects in addition to nutrition education programs.

Pragmatic Terms & the First Conceptualization


1. In discussing institutional prevention we must consider at least two educational levels of understanding of this process would be level on measures aimed at achieving a healthy institutional subjectivity and the other would be on action to ensure the objective conditions that promote and sustain the subjectivity of the institution.

This differentiation is essential in understanding and defining the object of study and methodology to be employed by the various branches of knowledge involved in the actions of institutional prevention. Why is Insurance required

Every citizen of Croatian is obliged to report on the compulsory health insurance.
People residing in the Republic of Croatia and aliens with approved permanent residence in the Republic of Croatia, if an international agreement on social insurance provides otherwise, the application made under the compulsory health insurance.
The compulsory health insurance under the provisions of the Act on compulsory health insurance must be provided and foreigners with granted temporary residence in Croatia, based on employment with an employer based in the Republic of Croatia, or on the performance of economic or professional activities in the Republic of Croatia, if the conditions are met according to specific regulations on residence and work of foreigners in the Republic of Croatia and, if an international agreement on social insurance otherwise.
Party which is in Croatia temporary sojourn, with business visas and refugees at the expiration of three months from the date of recognition of the same position, and the health care they are not insured on any other basis, must be provided to health insurance under the provisions of the Law on Health Protection of Foreigners in the Republic of Croatia (Official Gazette No. 114/97)..

Why must we need Nutrition?

Why must we need nutrition?
Healthy nutrition is important for everyone, regardless of weight.
